About SUCG

Team collaboration
Our Mission

Built on Purpose. Driven by People.

The Seattle University Consulting Group exists to provide students with hands-on exposure to consulting through real advisory projects with external organizations.

We develop students analytical thinking and professionalism- making them more complete professionals as they enter the working world.

Every project creates value for the student consultant and client organization.

What We Stand For

Our Core Values

Professionalism First

Students are selected and trained to operate at a professional standard. Every client interaction reflects that commitment — from first meeting to final presentation.

Scoped to Succeed

Projects are advisory by design. Clear scope means better work, lower risk, and a more honest engagement for everyone involved.

Community Connection

Every engagement strengthens the tie between Seattle University and the regional business community — creating lasting value beyond any single project.

Structured Thinking

We bring analytical rigor to every challenge — not just effort, but organized, evidence-based insight delivered in a clear, professional format.

Continuous Learning

We're students, and we own that. Every project is an opportunity to grow — and every piece of feedback makes the next engagement better.

Accountability

We hold ourselves to the commitments we make. If we take on a project, we deliver — on time, on scope, and to a professional standard.
