Who We're Looking For

You Don't Need Consulting Experience.

We are looking for students who are reliable, communicate clearly, think critically, and are willing to learn. Consulting work requires people who take commitments seriously, ask thoughtful questions, and follow through on their work.

SUCG is open to students from all majors. The strongest teams bring together different perspectives, including business, liberal arts, science, and technology. That mix helps us approach problems from multiple angles and develop stronger solutions.
